Easter!

I have to start off by saying Happy Easter to everyone!
Here is a quick Easter message that was sent to me from a close friend of mine!

The kids enjoyed learning about our savior and the sacrifices he made. It is amazing how quick they pick up things! I am so proud of them everyday! After we watched the video "The Lamb of God" (great video, everyone should see it) we continued out the night before by dyeing our eggs, and making magic Easter bunny food (carrots, coconut, peanuts, and colored sugar sprinkles). You put it out for the easter bunny kinda like cookies and milk for Santa. It was so fun.

All the Easter Baskets were lined up on the table so that when the kids got up they saw them.. They were all so excited. They knew they couldn't check them out till after breakfast though!

Ashley and her basket.

Dade and his basket.

Nevaeh and hers.

Ty and his basket.

Gavin and his.

It was Aidens first Easter! How exciting. Here is Aiden and his basket.

He really liked his froggy that the Easter bunny brought to him.

When it cam dinner time had a feast fit for a king! It was so yummy, We made Ham, stuffing, deviled eggs, fruit salad, brocoli with cheese, rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberries, and baked mac n cheese, I think that was it! Then for dessert we had this adorable bunny cake, and strawberry lemonade cheescake thing that I got the recipe from my sister in law on our cooking blog... Aw man it was yummy! Thanks Kari!

Then we ended our day with egg hunting! It was so much fun! Here are the pics.

Bonnie, you are such an amazing mom! Thank you for being such a good example. I am glad you enjoyed the pie too. I need to stop making that kind of stuff...when there is only the two of us your portion is pretty big!
