Getting the candy!

So Halloween came just like it does every year... Except we woke up to rain! OH now what is a mom of 5 supposed to do. Well this mom of 5 and another mom of 2 got together and decided, we don't want to have our kids out in this rain. So we decided we would throw together a Halloween party. It came together awesome like! We had a few friends over, made awesome food, and let the kids play! Best thing, they had a blast and they didn't have to be out in the cold rain! Plus the mommies, and daddies all got to chill out and relax, and chat! It was great! Nothing like spending time with friends. So heres some pictures!

Summer past, the start of birthdays, and HALLOWEEN!

Ok so first I Will start by saying it has been so long. So let me catch you up, Nevaeh is now 3, Aiden is now 1, Dade is in Kindergarten, and Ty and Gavin are the same little cuddle bugs they always were! The kids are all so mobile now, and it is awesome! They have such awesome personalities!
In September Will left for Korea. While he was gone we found out I had a hernia, and I have gallstones. So I am looking at surgery. About 1 1/2 months ago, Dade was diagnosed with asthma after a trip to the park left him out of breath and unable to catch it. When I took him to the ER the doc verified it was definitely asthma, but said he would out grow it. Well I swore it was the mold in the house where we were living and I took it to the housing company. They got a new place for us, and I am in LOVE! I will post pics later! Comes to find out I was right! As soon as we moved it made a huge difference! He has only had to use the inhaler twice, and that was the first two nights away from the old house. He is doing so much better, we all are! Thank goodness for Mommy intuition! September also came Nevaeh's 3rd Birthday! We had a Tinkerbell themed party. We had all our guest dress as fairies (girls) and Peter Pan (boys) and had fairy crafts, fairy food, and danced like fairies! It was so much fun and our lil fairies enjoyed thierselves.
Fairy food and wings we made for our lil fairies as they arrived

Most of the guest! Aren't they cute!

Then came October: We had Aidens Birthday, and Halloween!
Aiden turned one on the 20th. We only had a few friends over for dinner (Aidens favorite: Lasagna, salad, garlic bread, green beans, and cantaloupe). After dinner we had Aidens favorite cake, well cupcakes, Pumpkin with cream cheese frosting.
Go ahead and make a wish!
Ok or just dig in!
This is why I love this boy!
Isn't he adorable!
Happy Fat BOY!
LOVE... LOVE.... LOVE.... HIM!
But now I am sad, he is walking, talking, and now a year old! Oh man, why do babies have to grow up!

more projects!

This mommy of 5 has been busy! AGAIN! I made Sissy this dress...

And this outfit...

Aiden a sunhat, although it is very big, it fits Dade.

Isn't he cute though!

And to top it all off, I refab-ed the bouncer. I was tired of the Winnie the pooh!

Summer weather is upon us!

OK maybe not, it has been like 70's low 80's... It has been so nice, not to run it in to all my friends and famly in Florida.

Well For starters, lets update you a bit, I now have 5 mobile babies! Yes Aiden for about a month now has been crawling, and now stands and cruises. Only a little bit from walking! Man the time flew by!

Then lets talk Food:
I made these delish brownies with a peanut butter cheesecake filling. I wasn't going to give any to the baby because hello lets face it, hes 8 months. At 8 months he shouldn't be having that! But Sissy saw it differently. She gave him her brothers that was waiting on the counter for him to finish dinner. So I walked around the counter to my 8 month old eatting away at a brownie, and man he loved it.

Aiden also had his first cookies this week. Man this poor child is going to be diabetic before he is 5... It was totally cute though.

Hes a true fat boy though, you see how excited he is with his cookie!
The same day a little earlier I walked around the corner (I was putting a load of laundry in the washer) and found my twins digging away and eatting the peanut butter.

Ok now for ramdomness!

Aiden after his bath, look at that hair!

So getting ready for bed, I always check on my kids before I lay down. I went in to check on my oldest two, and I found this. Isn't it adorable. Dade is unbelievably a good big brother. HE is so awesome with the younger siblings!

SO we have had great weather... Dade and I have been growing veggies, Ok well tomatoes. I am super excited to actually see tomatoes growing. Take a look-see....

This has totally been my get-away lately! I can't wait to refabric them, and paint the frames. I am thinking magenta! I also want to put some big leafy plants behind them where all that dirt is, and some more smaller plants against the fence. Oh man the possibilities! I can't wait!

Well everyone enjoy the summer, and I hope it isn't TOO hot in Florida.
