Busy Mommy!

I have been kinda busy! WEll Ok I am always busy, but I have found that I can sew! YAY! It is a borrowed machine (can't wait to get my own), but It is awesome! SO here are a few things I have made, and I have plans for so many more things!

Nevaeh's dress and hair piece!
She has the cutest belly!

Her Skirt and shrug.

Matching burp rags and binky clip! These were made for baby Liam (hence the "L")
I have also made quite a few bags and such, and a pair of shorts for Aiden, but I haven't gotten pics of them! I will and I will post them. I have a few more projects I am working on...
So if anyone has ANY fabric they aren't using send it this way! Also ANY vintage clothes that have neat patterns on them, I would love to have them too! I am talking about old 60's and 70's button up shirts, pants, skirts or dresses- any material, any pattern! I LOVE VINTAGE! So they will go to a good cause! LOL! Anything! Thanks!

Summer (well it feels like it!)

Ok before I tell you about today, I had to post some of the cutest pics of Aiden!

Isn't he adorable!
OK so it is still April which would technically make it spring. But man, it has felt like it was SUMMER! Where did our spring go??? So since we had some nice weather, we went out and got the pool out! The kids had so much fun!

At the Park!
Everyone liked the slide!

Dade was catching his little brothers as they came down. It was cute, and he didn't want anyone to help them but him!

All in all we had such a great day as a family today! I wish all days could be like today!

Ashley's Birthday

We threw Ashley a sleepover and then the next day was a party! We did a decades themed party! WE wanted 80's but it didn't work out that way! It was still good though! We started out our sleepover by doing a magazine scavenger hunt, then we watched "the Hannnah Montana Movie" Then went to bed!

The girls got hungry about midnight!

The next morning we woke up and had breakfast... I made Pancakes, sausage, and fruit. Ashley's pancake were special. I wrote "Happy Bday" on one, and the other says "Ashley" with a heart.... YAY me!

Then we got everything ready for the party just in time for our guest to show up! I made Meatballs, finger sandwiches, fruit salad, bagel chips, Korean dumplings (they were made by Abby's mom, yummy)...

Then came CAKE! YAY!
Ashley and all the girls cutting the cake!

I took the time to atempt to make it look like a "Tye-dyed" cake.

Then came the presents... She got a lot of nice things! Thank you everyone!

All the girls again!

Outside to get a good pic! Only a few dressed in 80's themed cloths, well decades themed!

Ashley really enjoyed herself! YAY!

Easter!

I have to start off by saying Happy Easter to everyone!
Here is a quick Easter message that was sent to me from a close friend of mine!

The kids enjoyed learning about our savior and the sacrifices he made. It is amazing how quick they pick up things! I am so proud of them everyday! After we watched the video "The Lamb of God" (great video, everyone should see it) we continued out the night before by dyeing our eggs, and making magic Easter bunny food (carrots, coconut, peanuts, and colored sugar sprinkles). You put it out for the easter bunny kinda like cookies and milk for Santa. It was so fun.

All the Easter Baskets were lined up on the table so that when the kids got up they saw them.. They were all so excited. They knew they couldn't check them out till after breakfast though!

Ashley and her basket.

Dade and his basket.

Nevaeh and hers.

Ty and his basket.

Gavin and his.

It was Aidens first Easter! How exciting. Here is Aiden and his basket.

He really liked his froggy that the Easter bunny brought to him.

When it cam dinner time had a feast fit for a king! It was so yummy, We made Ham, stuffing, deviled eggs, fruit salad, brocoli with cheese, rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberries, and baked mac n cheese, I think that was it! Then for dessert we had this adorable bunny cake, and strawberry lemonade cheescake thing that I got the recipe from my sister in law on our cooking blog... Aw man it was yummy! Thanks Kari!

Then we ended our day with egg hunting! It was so much fun! Here are the pics.
